            3^rd                    3 points

            2^nd                   4 points

            1^st                    5 points

            Best                5 points

 So, over the year, a model that wins three firsts and a second counts for  5+5+5 + 4 = 19

Finish a model this year  5 points

So, over the year, a model that gets finished this year and wins three firsts and a second counts for 5 + 5+5+5 + 4 = 24

And, a model finished last year that gets three thirds would count for 3 + 3 + 3 = 9
