I would like to introduce Colorado Springs premiere model and hobby club. We are a group that strives to bring people closer to the hobby of building scale replicas of aircraft, armor, ships, automobiles and many other forms of model building. We are part of a international organization with thousands of members world wide. Our own chapter has about 45 members that meet every 4th Wednesday of the month to discuss happenings in the model world. We also have a local yearly model show where hundreds of participants get together to compete, learn new techniques and have a good time. This year we are having our show at the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum in Pueblo Colorado. This looks to be one of our biggest shows ever and having it in the museum next to real aircraft like the B-29 it should be a large draw to the public. We expect over 300 attendees this year. The show will have over 45 different categories with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place award in each plus many special awards. We have compiled a sponsorship package for interested businesses that will expose them to many consumers. Below is a list of the different types of sponsorship and advertising at our show. Sponsorship level 1: $35.00

This level will sponsor one category of your choice and will cover the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards. It will also include a 5"x7" table card with your company’s logo and company info on it. You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.

Sponsorship level 2: $45.00

This level will sponsor one of the 8 best of category awards. This includes your company name printer directly on the award. You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.

Sponsorship level 3: $55.00

This level will sponsor one of the many special awards. This includes your company name printer directly on the award. You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.

Sponsorship level 4: $85.00

This level will sponsor the best in show award and given to the top modeler. This includes your company name printer directly on the award. You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.

Raffle donation:

This is a donation of any item your business would like to contribute. This could be a un-built model, tickets to an event, gift card to your store ect. Visitors can buy the raffle tickets for $1.00 for the drawing. Larger and more expensive items will have it’s own raffle. You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.

"Goodie bag" items:

All contestants will be given a bag with free stuff when they enter their models. This bag will contain any item you wish to give us i.e. coupons, catalogs logo pens or pins ect. These items will be needed in bulk to fill all bags (aprox. 100). You will also be listed on a 5’x3’ sponsor board at the entrance to the hall.
